I hold an MBA from the University of St-Gallen (HSG) and an MSc degree in Computer Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL). In addition, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile Coach, Chartered Financial Analyst Level I, and a few other certificates and trainings rounds up the profile.
I started as a Project Manager and (Software) Architect leading numerous change projects for different Swiss boutique consulting firms. Later, I became a program and delivery manager for the high performance computing division at NEC. After that, I joined Zühlke to setup a new business location with focus on technology improvements. I transitioned into Banking for Credit Suisse with the setup of the Swiss Center of Excellence. Since 2013, I had numerous engagements with clients focusing on change and improvements driven mainly by regulatory & compliance requirements (i.e. GDPR, FADP, AML, Card Schemes).
I gathered relevant improvement and transformation experience in Switzerland, Japan, the U.K., Germany, or Italy; have over 30 years' experience in business strategy & transformation, change management, IT & operational risk management, regulatory & compliance as well as in sourcing / shoring expertise.
